The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase. To save items for up to 5 days, you will need to have a Carrie K. account. Click "Join the Inner Circle" at the top right corner of any page to create your account. When you have an account and the site recognizes you, we will remember the items you leave in your bag whenever you visit Carrie K. Be quick, though, because if it's a limited piece, it may sell out while you're waiting.
 
You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the link to "My shopping bag" at the very top right of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. It even keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue to shop on the site. Once you click on the "My shopping bag" link, you will see a description and picture of the piece(s) you've placed in your shopping bag. From the shopping bag, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing). You can do this simply by entering in the number of items you'd like and then clicking on the "update quantity" button. If you change your mind about an item, all you have to do is to uncheck the item by clicking on the "X" in the box to the left of the item.

SHIPPING

We'll ship your items from Singapore to anywhere in the world, via registered mail, for free . If your desired piece is in stock, we will ship your piece within 48 hours. The shipping will take between 4 to 10 days depending on where you would like your item to be delivered.

If you would like to receive your purchase more quickly and would like to have the item couriered at your own cost, just let us know in the remarks box and we will get back to you about the cost to courier your item to your desired location.

PAYMENT

We currently only accept Pay Pal (VISA and Mastercard). The items will be shipped on receipt of payment. Please note that you may be charged the respective taxes as required by your country. 
 

CHECKING OUT

Once you have finalized all the items in your shopping bag, click "Purchase Now" and just follow our simple instructions to make payment.
 
After we have received your payment, we will ship the item within 48 hours. Please allow up to 4 to 10 business days to receive your shipment. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. 
 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you 2 emails. The first is an order confirmation & receipt. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction.
 
The second email will be sent when we ship your order (within 48 hours). It will include a tracking number that will allow you to track the whereabouts of your purchase.
