When is the National Day Sales?
The National Day Sales starts from 9 to 12 August 2018.
Is there a time limit to the sale?
Yes, there is. Each sale drop will be up online for 24 hours only.
Can I use the promo code more than once?
Yes, feel free to use the promo code as many times as you want within the day. Each promo code will only be up for 24 hours only.
If I have not signed up for Carrie K. mailing list, would I still be able to gain access to the National Day Sale?
Yes, you can! However, you will only know the details of the sale on the day itself through our Carrie K. homepage. Remember, a DIFFERENT collection will be going on sale each day.
If I am already subscribed to Carrie K. mailing list, do I still have to sign up to gain access to this exclusive launch?
No, as you are already subscribed to our Carrie K. mailing list, you will automatically receive the secret e-mail with all the details on our National Day Sale.
Why would I want to sign up for this?
While everyone will get to shop this sale eventually, signing up for our Carrie K. mailing list gives you the freedom to browse the collections that will be going on sale in advance. Furthermore, stocks are extremely limited for some of the pieces in each collection.
What collection will be on sale?
Collections that are going on sale will be written clearly in our secret email, together with their respective discounts and promo code.
How does the surprise drop on IG Stories work?
We will be dropping 2 to 4 unique blings from specific collections through our IG Stories daily with up to 80% off. Stay tuned to our IG Stories throughout the day and get an exclusive promo code. Don't sleep on this!
When will my items be shipped?
Your orders will be shipped to you earliest on 13 August and you will receive it within the week. If multiple orders are made between 9 to 12 August during this sale, we will consolidate your purchases and ship out to you as 1 package.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
We apologise in advance if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture and details of the defect within 7 days (local orders)/ 28 days (international orders) from the date that the order was placed. Once the defects have been confirmed, you make the exchange of the item in-store or you can send the defective product back to us and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item. We will reimburse any shipping cost incurred for the defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you.
What is your exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Thus, we will accept exchanges of full-priced items, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date of purchase. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
What is your return policy?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account. To process a refund in store credits, please file the return here: https://carriekrocks.myreturnscenter.com.
