When is the Break Out Sale?
The Break Out Sale will happen on 19th June Friday 9:00 am to 30th June Tuesday 11:59 pm.
How can I access the sale? And how do I best this Break Out Sale?
The website will be locked from Thursday 18th June to Saturday 20th June and the secret password to unlock the site will be emailed to you on the 18th of June if you are on our mailing list. If you are not, drop us your email and you will receive the password from us!
(TIP: Secure your goodies by adding them into your cart before the 18th so you don’t waste time clicking around while items are flying off our virtual shelves. Sale starts the next day 19th June at 9 am, so remember to clear out your morning!)
Where can I find the password?
If you are on our mailing list:
The password will be emailed to you on the 18th of June and the secret password will be valid from 19th June 9:00 am to 20th June 11:59 pm.
If you are not on our mailing list:
Please subscribe to our mailing list and you will be receiving an email from us with the password to unlock the webstore on the 18th!
If I'm already subscribed to the Carrie K. mailing list, do I still have to sign up to gain access to this exclusive launch?
You do not have to since you are already on our mailing list, so you will automatically receive the email with the secret password and details on the Break Out Sale.
What if I'm already subscribed to the Carrie K. mailing list but I didn't receive any email?
There might be a chance that our email went to your spam or junk folder. To ensure seamless delivery, just make sure we are in your email whitelist! In any case, if you're already subscribed but missed out on our email, you may contact us for the password via whatsapp at +65 9299 8244, direct messages onInstagram, Facebook or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I would like friends to shop the sale with me, how can they access the secret code?
Just share this link with your friends and we will email them the secret password when they sign up for our mailing list!
Which Collections are included in the sale?
This is our first ever web store-wide sale of between 10% to 80% off different collections, so do browse all the ready-to-wear collections storewide! However, bespoke, customisation and made-to-order designs are not included in the sale.
Can I see how the jewellery looks on a person?
Yes, you can! Join us on our Facebook LIVE broadcast at 3pm, 20th June on a Saturday. Our Carrie K. team will be happy to show you how the pieces look and the many different ways you can style them via live broadcast!
What discounts are on?
In addition to the respective collection discounts of up to 80% off, you will be entitled to a further 10% off on top of the existing discounts if you purchase 3 or more items!
Is the additional 10% for 3 or more items in one cart applicable to discounted items?
Yes, if you purchase 3 or more items at a go, we will give you an additional 10% off to all discounted deals. You just have to key in the code: FriendshipBenefits at checkout.
(Pssst. Here’s a tip, call your girlfriends to video shop together and pool to your hearts’ desires in one cart. Not only will you be having more discounts, you’ll surely have a lot more fun with your friends!)
Can the additional 10% discount be used across different collections?
The discount automatically applies when you purchase more than 3 items in a single transaction. However, the discount is NOT applicable to bespoke, customisation, made-to-order designs and repairs.
Can the additional FriendshipBenefits 10% discount be used across separate purchases?
The additional 10% discount is only applicable to purchases of more than 3 items per transaction. The FriendshipBenefits discount code will not be retrospectively awarded if you make 3 separate purchases during the course of the Break Out Sale.
Do you provide gift wrapping and gift cards?
Yes we do! Do leave instructions at your checkout page if you want your orders gift wrapped and if you have a message to be written on a gift card.
Are there any shipping or delivery charges?
Local delivery is free, and international delivery is free for orders of $250 and above.
Will the Carrie K. Atelier be open?
Yes, the Carrie K. Atelier is open from 19th June 2020 from 11:30pm to 8pm daily. If you wish to drop by, please call +65 9299 8244 or email us to schedule an appointment. We will close the Atelier for your private shopping as your health and well being is important to us.
When will my items be shipped?
Your orders will be shipped and you should receive them within the week. If you make multiple orders during the sale period, we will consolidate your purchases and ship them to you as 1 package.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express from credit card and debit cards. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars.
Can other promo codes or vouchers be used together with the sale items?
No, this promotion cannot be used together with other promo codes or gift vouchers.
Can the items be exchanged or refunded?
Here’s asize guide to help you figure out your ring size. If your ring is not a perfect fit, we will be happy to exchange it for another size if available!
Do you charge for resizing?
Yes, resizing charges apply.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Should such an exceptional situation occur, we apologise in advance. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture and details of the defect within 7 days for local orders and 28 days for international orders from the date that your order is placed. Once the defects have been confirmed, you can make the exchange of the item in-store (Phase 2) or you can send the defective product back to us. Thereafter, we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item. We will reimburse any shipping cost incurred for the defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you.
