Free Local Shipping

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within Singapore.

Free International Shipping

We are happy to offer complimentary international shipping for purchases SGD2,000 and above. For purchases below SGD2,000, international shipping is chargeable at a flat rate of SGD80.00. All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, custom tariffs, and government service tax) that may vary depending on the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by your country will be borne by the recipient; the international shipping fee excluded these charges, if any.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Thus we will accept exchanges of full-priced items, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days from the date of purchase. All customised jewellery, earrings and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that you are required to present a proof of purchase (your original copy of receipt) in order for us to smoothly facilitate the exchange in-store.

Returns

Changed your mind? No worries!

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your customer account. To process a refund in store credits, please file the return here: https://carriekrocks.myreturnscenter.com.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval please mail us your return item, and your store credit refund will be processed and credited to you via a Gift Card within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Return postage fees will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service or a reliable courier service. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Carrie K reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged.
