Your journey begins with a 45-minute storytelling conversation at the Carrie K. Atelier. This is where our designers guide you through reflecting on your relationship, uncovering meaningful symbols, and exploring which details could be woven into your ring design.

The right Love Mark journey begins with you. We’ll gently uncover a few key details — your proposal timeline, budget comfort, design preferences, and most importantly, the story you wish to tell. With these insights, we’ll guide you towards the Love Mark journey that best honours your relationship and transforms your story into a ring that’s truly, unmistakably yours.
Do I need to know what design I want before coming in?
Not at all. Many couples come in unsure, and that’s perfectly normal. The Love Mark process is guided, simple, and non-overwhelming, with curated recommendations based on your story and style preferences.
What is the difference between a Signature Love Mark and a Bespoke Love Mark?
Signature Love Mark:
Ring designs inspired by thousands of love stories shared by our customers with a symbolic Carrie K. design (e.g., Unity, Home, Lotus). We then personalise it with design details that make the ring feel truly yours. Ideal for couples who want meaning without starting from scratch.

Timeline: 6-8 weeks
Price range: S$3,000–S$8,000

Bespoke Love Mark:
Designed entirely from your story alone — a one-of-a-kind heirloom that is never repeated and reproduced. This includes a deeper collaborative journey, sketch development, motif creation, and craftsmanship.

Timeline: 20-24 weeks
From S$8,000 onwards

How do I choose the right gemstone for my ring?
During Gem Selection, our designer presents curated options based on beauty, meaning, budget, and comfort of daily wear. We have a wide range of colourful gemstones as well as natural and lab-grown diamonds, each GIA-certified and selected for quality. This will be a guided process, so fret not as we select the right gemstone suited to your preferences. 
How long does it take to create a Love Mark?
Signature Love Mark: 6-8 weeks
Bespoke Love Mark: 20-24 weeks


This includes story mapping, design development, gemstone selection, crafting, and the final Love Mark Reveal.
Can we reuse a family heirloom diamond or gemstone as part of the Signature Love Mark?
Yes. We’re happy to incorporate a family heirloom diamond or gemstone into your Signature Love Mark, subject to a brief inspection to ensure it’s safe, suitable for the design, and can be reset with confidence for long-term wear. Please note that an additional $400 setting fee applies for heirloom stones provided by you.
Is there a design fee for Bespoke Love Mark?
Yes. Our Bespoke Love Mark carries a design fee of $3,300, which includes personalised sketch designs, resin models, gemstone selection, and dedicated design consultations to bring your one-of-a-kind ring to life.
