Thus we will accept exchanges of full-priced items, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date of purchase. All customised jewellery, earrings and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval please mail us your return item, and your store credit refund will be processed and credited to you via a Gift Card within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Return postage fees will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service or a reliable courier service. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Carrie K reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
