We've maintained the highest standards in design, material and craftmanship.
When in doubt, always consult your jeweller first before you clean your jewellery pieces!
Gold
Use a polishing cloth
Polishing cloths are specially treated with polish chemicals to shine your jewellery and keep it looking lustrous.
Clean your jewellery periodically
Gently wash your jewellery in room-temperature water with a mild soap, never detergent or regular dishwashing liquid. Metals scratch each other so be sure to wash them separately!
Sterling Silver
Use a polishing cloth
Polishing cloths are specially treated with polish chemicals to shine your jewellery and keep it looking lustrous.
Always store them appropriately in a cool, dry place
Always put your silver and gold pieces in a cloth pouch or a jewellery box, stored away somewhere in your drawer and away from direct sunlight.
Gemstone
Treatments and care
Different gemstones have varying physical properties, which means they react differently to cleaning agents, light, heat and acids. For example, a simple wipe with a damp cloth and soap should do the trick for emeralds.
Get your gems professionally appraised
Consult a gemologist so that they can accurately identify the gems you have, assess its physical and chemical properties and advise you the appropriate cleaning methods.
Pearls
Put on your pearls last
After putting on makeup and your best outfit, go ahead and complete your look with a pearl necklace. Doing so avoids unnecessary scratches and does not strain the strings too much.
Never expose them to water for long periods of time
This means no showers, swims, and washing. The silk that your pearls are strung on will stretch and break off if they are soaked in water.
