Are your online promotions available in-store?
Unfortunately, promotions running on our website may not always be valid at our store or any pop-up stores unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer gift receipts?
Yes we do! If you have purchased an item as a gift, you can give them the gift receipt in case they don't like it, and then they can take it back to the store and exchange it for something else. The price isn't shown on the gift receipt but it will show proof of purchase but leave out the amount spent.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars.
What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?
We apologise in advance if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please email us at email@example.com with a picture and details of the defect within 7 days (local orders)/ 28 days (international orders) from the date that the order was placed. Once the defects have been confirmed, you make the exchange of the item in-store or you can send the defective product back to us and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item. We will reimburse any shipping cost incurred for the defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you.
