How do I find my ring size?

Can I resize my ring? 

Yes, ring resizing is complimentary within 30 days of receiving your ring.

How long will ring resizing take?

It will take between 2 - 3 weeks. 

How long will shipping take?

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Singapore. 

Once your ring has been created and has gone through our stringent quality checks, delivery will take 2 - 3 working days with our trusted courier services. 

You may also come down to our Atelier to collect your ring once it is ready.

Do I need to make an appointment to drop by the Atelier?

Yes, we would recommend making an appointment to ensure that you are properly attended to by our Jewellery Consultant.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We do ship internationally for free for purchases over S$400. All international orders are subject to your prevailing local taxes which are to be borne by you. Please contact us if you wish to have your International order insured.
